A large batting cage for Tanner to practice his ball skills

Tanner, 11 years old, MO

Tanner is a fighter! He has already survived cancer. He is caring and loving to his six siblings. While Tanner was in the hospital, he wasn't able to do a lot, so he played video games. He is really good at them, too. When he's not dominating in the virtual world, he also enjoys being outside. He spends a lot of his time with his siblings and cousins. Tanner is in a guardianship placement.

Tanner loves baseball more than anything. He has a natural talent for hitting the ball, which has unfortunately led to a few broken windows in the neighborhood. Because of this, Tanner is no longer allowed to play ball in his grandma's yard, where he and his siblings spend time. This has been disappointing for him, as he enjoys playing with his family. To solve this problem, a pitching machine and batting cage would provide the perfect solution. With this setup, Tanner could practice his hitting at home without the fear of breaking windows. This way, he could keep enjoying the sport he loves while staying safe and keeping the neighborhood intact.
