Josiah, who is currently in foster care and under state protection, has a passion for sports that keeps him constantly on the move. He thrives in dynamic environments and struggles to sit or stand still unless he’s engaged in an activity. Josiah excels at catching deep footballs and has a remarkable ability to hit a baseball great distances. In addition to these skills, he loves going for jogs and riding his new bike around the block, always seeking out opportunities for action and adventure.

Josiah is excited to go back to school in the fall and is on the hunt for a new pair of shoes. He believes that having a fresh pair will make him feel cool and special among his peers. With the new shoes, he envisions showing them off to his friends on the first day back. It's a small way for him to express his personal style and boost his confidence as he returns to school.
