Yvonne is an excellent big sister who works hard to protect her younger sister from the scary situations at home. Their parents have experienced significant domestic violence, resulting in the family being displaced multiple times. Despite these challenges, Yvonne is always there to hold her sister's hand and provide a safe space for her to lean on. She loves to dance, sing, and do craft projects, and she has always enjoyed being at school with her teachers.

Yvonne is excited to go to the skating rink with her cousins and friends. She has protective pads for her knees and wrists to help keep her safe while she skates. After a challenging year living with her parents, she feels more confident and happy spending time with her aunt. Yvonne is grateful for the opportunity to have new experiences and enjoy time with loved ones.
