Monica is a dedicated foster youth striving for independence. She plans to return to school full-time in September, but her classes are quite spread out across campus, and she will have limited time to get to each one. Having a convenient transportation option on campus would greatly ease her commuting challenges. Access to reliable transportation will save her so much time.
