Layla has a passion for fashion and sewing. She turns old clothes into new outfits and dreams of designing for runway models. Layla often feels overlooked, but her designs speak volumes. Layla currently lives in a group home, and she hopes to own a boutique that helps other foster youth feel seen.

Layla's current foster placement is unable to assist her with back-to-school shopping. She is hoping to get a new shirt that fits well, as she loves Nike. A new shirt would boost her confidence as she heads into the new school year.
