Monique is a very smart and talented girl who currently lives in a foster home with her sister. Although foster care has been challenging for Monique, she finds comfort in knowing she is not alone. She enjoys going to school, and her favorite subjects are math and art. Monique aspires to be a photographer.

Monique is starting middle school soon, and she's excited to make new friends and feel confident. She's always had hand-me-down clothes, which makes her wish for items that reflect her own style. A shopping spree would allow Monique to choose her own clothes, shoes, and school supplies. Having clothes she likes would boost her self-esteem and help her feel more comfortable as she meets new people. Granting this wish would mean a lot to her and help her feel confident during this important transition. This wish was broken into two parts, to allow for an amazing shopping experience!
