Despite many difficult years before entering foster care, Jadah is a happy young woman who loves to laugh. In her spare time, she enjoys doing hair and dreams of starting a non-profit in the future to teach young black youth in foster care how to do their own hair to build self-esteem and confidence. Jadah is currently enrolled in the local community college taking Psychology courses and works full time as a carer for older adults.

Jadah is trying to finish her school assignments on an old laptop that struggles with newer programs. She has always dreamed of having an iPad to help her manage her busy life, which includes school, a job, and working in hairdressing. An iPad would not only assist her in completing assignments but also allow her to create content and take pictures of her hairstyles.
