Crystal is an incredibly courageous survivor of domestic violence. After losing their family at a young age, they grew up in the foster care system, facing hardship after hardship. Yet through it all, Crystal has remained deeply compassionate and resilient. Crystal finds moments of peace through meditation and caring for animals, which bring them calm and connection as they heal. Crystal's strength shines not just in surviving but in how they show up for others with love and courage.

Crystal is currently recovering from a devastating accident after being hit by a bus while riding their bike. They sustained multiple fractures to their neck and spine, requiring surgery and an incredibly difficult healing process. Every day brings pain, uncertainty, and emotional strain, but through it all, Crystal remains hopeful and focused on rebuilding their life. As they recover, even simple daily tasks like cooking or grocery shopping have become overwhelming.
