Evanston is a cheerful little guy with a bright smile. It’s a joy to watch him learn and play. He experienced a lot of homelessness during his infancy, but now he is safe and loved in his cousin's home. He is really thriving and learning a lot. This year, he will enjoy a fun birthday celebration!
