Tiff is an amazingly hard working mom of four beautiful children. She has put so much effort into being the parent she wanted growing up. She loves to make them feel special and encourage them to build their confidence. Tiff has a passion for learning new things and enjoys reading books that help her grow. Her love of helping others and giving back shines through in the work she does for Mary Kay, helping women to overcome their own challenges and reminding them they are beautiful and worth it.

Tiff is starting a new chapter this fall as she enters her next semester of college, more determined and confident than ever. After working hard and losing nearly 20 pounds, most of her clothes no longer fit. A Ross gift card would allow her to get clothes that reflect who she is today, empowered, growing, and ready to show up for herself and her goals.
