Deidre is a hardworking young woman and a loving mother. She was recently approved for her first apartment and is extremely excited to have a safe environment to raise her daughter. Deidre is currently enrolled in an associate's program with the long-term goal of working in the mental health field. She has also recently started working as an English tutor with students from the local elementary school. In her spare time, she hangs out with her sisters or dotes on her daughter.

Deidre relies heavily on her iPad for her college courses, as well as her part-time tutoring job. However, an accidental spill has caused damage to the tablet. Thankfully, she has AppleCare but does not have enough money to cover the leftover repair cost. Deidre is asking for assistance with the cost of repairing her phone, which will allow her to thrive in school and at work.
