Jillian is a former foster youth who has demonstrated so much grit and resilience in the face of hardship. She is a single mother to a sweet girl. Since aging out of foster care, Jillian has struggled with homelessness and has done everything in her power to protect her daughter from that struggle. Now, Jillian lives in a transitional housing program and is working towards finding more permanent housing for herself and her daughter. Jillian has deep faith and an amazing work ethic and has continued her education, even while working full-time. She is just a few units away from her Associate's degree. She has a long-term goal of becoming a therapist and specializing in working with people who struggle with addiction.

Jillian's daughter is growing quickly, and Jillian is working hard to move from transitional housing into her own place. She wants to be the best mom possible, but her budget is tight. With the new school year approaching, her daughter needs new shirts, dresses, and pants, especially in her favorite colors, pink and purple. A Target gift card will allow her to buy her daughter everything she needs to prepare for school.
