Throughout his time in foster care, Joel worked hard to create a better future for himself and stayed away from bad influences. Looking back on his experiences in different homes, he wants to make sure others don't go through the same negative situations he did. What helped him was remembering to stay focused, avoid negativity, and trust that his journey is just beginning, with happier times ahead.

Joel recently began his apprenticeship as an electrician. He aims to become a licensed electrician and create the stress-free future he's always wanted. To assist him in his work, Joel is wants a tool belt to carry the essential tools he needs on the job. This will make it easier for him to complete tasks while he continues to learn.
