Sharnell is a sweet quiet little girl currently in foster care with her 4 siblings. She gets periodic visits with her other siblings whom are in another foster home. Sharnell is developmentally delayed and is so kind and sweet so all kids she is around. She loves playing outside and enjoys experiencing new activities.

Sharnell has a birthday coming up, and she has recently developed a love for books. When she entered foster care, she had never owned a book before, but over the past year, she has truly enjoyed story time. Every night, she selects three books to read with her foster mom, which has become her favorite part of the day. For her birthday party this year, they are requesting books instead of cards, and this shelf will help her display all her new books.
