Raeven, 20 years old, CA

San Diego Youth Services

Raeven is a determined young woman who recently lost her placement with her foster parents. Fortunately, she has now been accepted into a housing program where she can start anew. Although Raeven faces challenges with her mental health as she navigates the complexities of adulthood, she remains focused on self-improvement and is actively working towards building a future she can truly enjoy.

Raeven started her first semester of college last year feeling excited and motivated. But then her computer broke, which made it hard for her to keep up with her classes and assignments. On top of that, she had some personal challenges that led her to lose access to important mental health support. Feeling overwhelmed, Raeven decided to take a break from her studies. Now, after taking some time to focus on herself, she's ready to go back to school and continue her education. She knows that having a reliable laptop is really important for her success this time. With the new school year approaching, she is looking for help to get a dependable computer. With the right support, Raeven is determined to overcome her past struggles and do well in her studies.
