Phoebe really wants her own tablet because she notices other kids with theirs. Having a tablet would allow her to relax by watching shows like Paw Patrol. She could also play educational games that would help her learn while having fun. When she's upset, it would provide her with a comforting distraction. Overall, a tablet would bring her joy and support her learning needs.
