Declan is a very energetic child who is always on the move and has a vivid imagination. He has experienced many changes in his living situation and has faced numerous hardships in his life. Recently, Declan was placed in a resource home after moving several times; however, this is not his permanent placement at the moment. Despite the many moves he has endured, Declan consistently maintains a smile and is easygoing when adapting to new environments.

Declan needs time to wind down each night, and having an activity to help him relax would be beneficial. He would like to have some building blocks to put together and take apart, allowing him to enjoy a creative activity before bed.
