Although he struggles academically, he eagerly attempts to read almost anything presented to him and has even requested more challenging work, demonstrating his desire to grow and learn, even if he sometimes finds it difficult to complete the assignments correctly. In his downtime, Semaj enjoys watching cartoons and funny videos on YouTube, often filling his days with laughter and creativity. He has a passion for sports and aspires to run track; his teachers consistently praise his interactions with peers, highlighting his positive social skills. Semaj is also a football fan and boasts that he can run just as fast as the players he admires. When it comes to food, he has a preference for snacks like cookies and hot fries, although he can be selective about which vegetables he will eat. Overall, Semaj's resilience and enthusiasm shine through, making him a remarkable young individual.

Semaj and his brother have recently settled into a new foster home, where they are receiving the support they need to pursue their dreams.
