Tiana is a first-generation college student working toward a degree in social work. She aged out of foster care and now balances a full class schedule with a 3 a.m. shift at the FedEx sorting facility to support herself. Her dream is to become a social worker so she can advocate for youth who’ve experienced trauma—just like she has. She faced some housing stablity and worked to find some supportive services. Since then, she’s been focused on building her financial skills, maintaining her grades, and adjusting to independent living.

Tiana is entering a new semester of college while working the overnight shift at FedEx to support herself. She’s studying to become a social worker and is deeply committed to her future, but after covering books and other essentials, there’s little left for extras. She desperately wishes for new school clothes that fit, feel comfortable, and reflect her personal style. Having a few new outfits would help her walk into class with confidence and pride, knowing she looks as prepared as she feels. This wish has been divided up so that Tiana can get what she needs.
