Tioga County Human Services ATTN: FostercareEliana was born into a challenging situation, facing several medical issues. Despite having undergone many surgeries, she is a very happy baby. Eliana was placed with kinship placement where she is thriving. Eliana is observant, developing appropriately for her age, and loves spending time with her family.
Due to Elianna's medical history, her family feels it’s best not to take her out into the community for Halloween. Since she is still too young to enjoy the treats associated with the holiday, they are considering ways for her to have a fun, spooky experience at home instead. She would enjoy a My First Scare Jack Skellington soft baby teething crinkle book to have her own little fun.

"Happy Halloween Elianna! It sounds like this is your first ever Halloween which is a BIG deal! Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. Autumn as a whole is my favorite time of the year.
