Monroe is a bubbly and vibrant girl. She is outgoing and extremely friendly. Monroe loves making bead bracelets for herself and others, often creating unique designs that match her friends' styles. She adores dogs of all sizes and breeds and has a strong passion for them. Monroe dreams of working with animals someday. Currently, she is living in foster care while waiting to be placed with an extended family.

Monroe is super excited about her upcoming birthday and has big plans for a fabulous shopping spree! She imagines a day filled with laughter and adventure alongside her foster sister. Together, they’ll hit their favorite stores, trying on the latest trends and picking out new clothes that fit her personality. She wants to explore the aisles of makeup, testing out eyeshadows and bold lip colors, all while sharing their favorite beauty tips.
