Jonajah has been involved with the system for most of her childhood. She is a thriving teenage girl with dreams of attending college to pursue her love and passion for art and/or fashion, or both. She loves to paint, color, and create various projects, but she is also interested in pursuing a career in fashion in the future. In her free time, Jonajah enjoys hanging out with friends, talking on the phone, and listening to music, in addition to drawing and designing.

Unfortunately, one of Jonajah's aunts, with whom she was very close, just passed away unexpectedly. The Department of Children and Families has helped with purchasing an outfit for her, but she doesn't have any clean or decent shoes to wear with it. Jonajah is a very practical girl, and much like all the teen girls these days, they all wear sneakers with dresses. Jonah wishes for a pair of sneakers that will match her dress for the funeral, but also function as new shoes for school.
