To manage these difficulties, he uses different strategies; sometimes, he walks around in rooms for a long time to help calm himself down. His support team is helping him get the right placement and support he needs. Recently, Chris moved to a specialized group home and is adjusting to living in a new town with surroundings he's not used to.
Chris has been in foster care and is currently receiving support in a specialized housing program for children with disabilities. He has shared with his team that he wants to live in his hometown to be closer to his family. For now, Chris wishes to continue living in a group home, but he still needs items for his new room, as he has never owned his own belongings before. Specifically, Chris would like a red flame comforter set for his new bed.
