Savannah is a lively and curious girl who stands out wherever she goes. She loves nature and animals, showing great care for their well-being. Having just moved in with her new family, she's excited to become part of her community. At school, she’s started playing soccer and plans to join the basketball and softball teams soon. In the summer, she enjoys swimming, listening to music, playing Monopoly, and spending time with her guinea pigs and friends. With her enthusiasm for various activities, Savannah is determined and has the potential to achieve great things in the future, whether it’s becoming President or a Broadway star!

Savannah has faced challenges with traditional talk therapy, having tried multiple providers without finding one that can effectively address her severe trauma. For years, she has bottled up her feelings, which has hindered her progress. However, Savannah has a deep love for animals, and her team believes that one-on-one sessions with Equinox Therapy Services, LLC in Gray, ME, could provide her with the support she needs to begin processing her trauma more openly. Although equine therapy options that accept Maincare are scarce and often have long waitlists, Equinox Therapy Services, LLC does have openings, even though they do not accept Maincare. This opportunity would enable Savannah to initiate sessions and begin her healing journey while she waits for a spot at another facility that can accept her insurance.
