Jessie is a resilient young woman who recently aged out of foster care and has embraced the challenges of becoming a new mom. Despite the hurdles she has faced, she approaches life with determination and a positive outlook. Currently, one of her biggest obstacles is transportation. Relying on her car to take her baby to checkups, get groceries, and attend job interviews, she finds that the rising cost of gas is stretching her already limited budget. A gas gift card would provide Jessie with the immediate support she needs to navigate this critical time in her life. This assistance is not a long-term need; Jessie is actively pursuing stable employment and greater self-sufficiency. With this short-term help, she can overcome the immediate barriers in her path and continue building the stable future she is striving for.
