A pantry for Syruss who has limited storage in his kitchen
Syruss, 18 years old, NM
Wish submitted by:
Children, Youth and Families DepartmentSyruss has been in foster care for several years and has experienced multiple placements before aging out of the system. Despite this transition, he continues to receive support from the state to help him adjust to independent living. Recently, Syruss graduated from high school and began an internship. He performed so well that the business offered him full-time employment. Now, Syruss is eager to live on his own and has secured a place to do so. Although he has faced many challenges in his life, he works hard not to let them affect him negatively. Syruss is also interested in learning a trade, such as welding or mechanics.
Syruss has recently moved into his new studio apartment. The kitchen in his apartment is very small, with limited space and storage. He would like to have a pantry to keep all his food and other kitchen items organized. Syruss has found a kitchen pantry that would fit well in his small space.
