She has a particular fondness for stuffed animals, especially large ones that can provide her with a comforting, sensory experience. Emily is very close to her biological sister, and they live together. They take care of each other and support one another's needs. Emily demonstrates excellent daily living skills, such as keeping her room clean and sweeping. She is currently learning how to unload the dishwasher.
Emily has disclosed that she chews on paper when she is feeling anxious/nervous. She would like something to chew on that safe instead. She wants to feel "normal" and loves to dress herself and have accessories.
