K’nyia has spent most of her life dealing with the challenges of foster care. She moved from home to home, often feeling unstable and experiencing loss. Unlike many young people, she didn't have consistent support, guidance, or a feeling of security. Despite this, K’nyia showed a quiet strength and determination to keep going. She knows what it’s like to feel vulnerable and to need care and compassion. Becoming a nurse is her way of turning her struggles into something positive and helping others heal.

K’nyia would love to have a pair of Crocs that she can wear for both comfort and everyday use. As a busy student balancing her responsibilities, having reliable and comfortable shoes would make a big difference in her day-to-day life.
