Cam is a curious and active child diagnosed with autism and visual impairments. He is very intelligent and always on the move. Cam loves Blippi and Mickey Mouse. He enjoys petting cats and spending time with his foster siblings.

Cam has autism, and his mind is always active. He frequently moves around or asks questions. His foster parents have discovered that his love for watching Blippi helps him with transitions, especially since he dislikes changing his pull-ups or taking naps. Watching Blippi on their phones usually helps redirect Cam, allowing them to ease into these transitions. However, he is often uncoordinated and tends to drop or accidentally toss the phones. His foster parents would like to get Cam a child-friendly tablet that would be safer in case he drops it.
