Dinah is a resilient young woman who has overcome many obstacles in her life. She is currently in therapy to support her continued healing and personal growth. Dinah and her siblings entered the foster care system at a young age and were unfortunately separated. Despite everything she has been through, Dinah always wears a smile and embraces life with positivity. She finds joy in her daily life through the hobbies she loves. Now that Dinah is an adult, she lives in an extended foster care apartment and is able to visit her siblings on weekends. She holds them close to her heart and describes them as her best friends.

Dinah urgently needs a new tablet. Her only device was recently stolen, leaving her without a way to stay in touch with her extended foster care team. Since she doesn’t have a cell phone, her tablet was her lifeline. Through a text-free app, she was able to communicate, get support, and stay connected to the people helping her move forward. Without it, the past two weeks have been incredibly difficult, making it hard for her to reach out when she needs guidance or assistance. A tablet would give her back her connection and the support she relies on to succeed.
