Angel is an energetic girl who has struggled with so many changes in her young life. She wants to have a forever family and have people who will love her even when she struggles with her behaviors and moods. She loves to do art projects and to get messy playing outside. And she really loves her siblings. She likes to snuggle at the end of the day and listen to books being read to her.

Angel is going to feel wonderful being celebrated by her family and friends! She is such a special girl who loves getting messy with fun projects, making this activity perfect for her. She will really enjoy the opportunity to create little water pets and try something new!
