Serenity has spent much of her life in different placements and group homes, learning to adapt to new environments and people. Each move brought its own challenges, but she has kept her gentle spirit and love for freedom. She finds peace outdoors, enjoying the sun, wind, and calmness of nature. Now, living with her older cousin, Serenity feels a newfound sense of belonging and stability. Having family nearby brings her comfort that she has longed for. She spends her afternoons riding her bike, exploring the neighborhood, and trails.

Serenity is asking for a blue Kansas University sweatshirt for her birthday to show her love for her favorite team, the Kansas Jayhawks. She proudly cheers them on whenever they play and dreams of one day going to college at the University of Kansas. For her, wearing the sweatshirt would be more than just a way to support a team. It would be a reminder to keep believing in herself and working toward her goals.
