Phoebe is currently in foster care due to experiencing physical abuse, with a plan aimed at family reunification. She is part of a sibling group of five and is presently placed with one of her siblings. Phoebe has endured trauma and receives weekly services to help her manage her behaviors and emotions. Despite these challenges, she enjoys simple pleasures, such as playing and visiting the park.

Phoebe has been in foster care for the past 10 months and is currently in the process of reunification with her family. During her time in her foster home, Phoebe has learned a great deal about various species of animals and has developed a strong interest in caring for them. A trip to the Aquarium of the Pacific would not only provide an unforgettable and enjoyable experience for Phoebe but also serve as an educational opportunity for her to learn about animals she may not have known existed.
