Phoebe is currently in foster care due to experiencing physical abuse, with a plan aimed at family reunification. She is part of a sibling group of five and is presently placed with one of her siblings. Phoebe has endured trauma and receives weekly services to help her manage her behaviors and emotions. Despite these challenges, she enjoys simple pleasures, such as playing and visiting the park.

Phoebe is in foster care, working towards family reunification. She has had to move between different placements and has been separated from her siblings. Due to various life challenges, she hasn't had the opportunity to visit an amusement park, especially not with her siblings. Phoebe is very creative and loves to build and make things with whatever materials she can find. A trip to Legoland would be a wonderful way for her to express her creativity and spend quality time visiting with her sister. This experience would create lasting memories for both of them.
