Theo is a happy little guy who has been in foster care since birth. He is making great strides and smiles and babbles. He is very strong and even has already turned himself over, much to his surprise. Even with his great progress, Theo still has some developmental delays.

Having a Hot Wheels Dragon Launcher will spark Theo's imagination with its colorful dragon and multiple ways for him to play. He will be able to load, launch, and transport cars, or detach the dragon for even more pretend adventures. It will help build fine motor skills, encourage storytelling, and teach organization.
