Ame loves having someone read to her. She enjoys taking baths and swimming. Ame also loves to paint and enjoys going to the park. Additionally, she enjoys playing with her dolls and stuffed animals. Ame receives support from the Department of Children, Youth, and Families.

Ame experiences some sensory challenges. It has been suggested that she have a sensory swing at home to help her calm down when she is feeling overwhelmed. When Ame is in distress, her caregivers can place her in the swing, allowing her to feel safe and secure, which can help her de-escalate more quickly.
