Athena (AJ) is an amazing young lady in foster care with the sweetest disposition. She is a hard worker in school and is eager to do well in all of her classes so that she will be ready to tackle college in the future. AJ loves the outdoors, is an avid swimmer, and is always eager to help others. Athena is working to change her name to Avery.

This young lady is on a journey to embrace her true self and meet her needs, and part of that journey involves changing her name from Athena, and the name Avery just feels right for her. Avery believes the name reflects who she is more authentically. One of the challenges she faces is a struggle with sleep; she often finds it difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night. This lack of restful sleep leaves her feeling tired and uncomfortable, making it hard to focus and maintain a positive mood at work. To aid her in finding better rest, Avery wishes for a Bluetooth sleep mask that plays soothing music. This mask will help her relax, block out distractions, and create a peaceful sleeping environment. With improved sleep quality, Avery hopes to feel more energized and comfortable, ready to take on each day with a brighter outlook and renewed enthusiasm.
