Jacob has been in the foster care system since he was three years old, following the unexpected death of his mother. After that, his maternal grandmother became his legal guardian. He was then placed with his maternal aunt, where he continues to live today. Jacob graduated from high school and is registered to start college courses soon. He enjoys playing video games, chatting with friends, and spending time with family. Jacob embraces new opportunities and loves learning new things.

Jacob is starting a program where he will be working four days a week. However, public transportation to and from his home is not direct and could take around two hours each way. While he has family support, there will be times when he cannot rely on them. Therefore, he has requested assistance in the form of an Uber gift card to help with transportation during those times.
