AcademySTAYRosy entered extended foster care as a teenager and aged out at the end of 2024. Since moving into AcademySTAY, Rosy has been focused on her goals: gaining job skills, saving money. She brings a calm, determined presence to the community and is working hard to develop the life skills she didn’t have the chance to learn earlier. She’s currently taking classes at the local community college and looking for part-time work to build experience and stability. Her next chapter is just beginning.
Rosy is starting over—and showing up for herself every day. She recently moved into AcademySTAY after aging out of foster care and is focused on building independence, finding a job, and pursuing trade school. This pair of Vans would give her something she doesn’t often get to prioritize: comfort, style, and the confidence to walk into new spaces—interviews, job training, or community events—feeling like she belongs.
