Raiko is a remarkable young adult in foster care who is not only an incredibly talented artist but also a person with a powerful vision. He dreams of becoming a graphic designer and filmmaker. Despite the many challenges of growing up in foster care, he has shown an unwavering determination to follow his passion for art and storytelling.

Raiko is a hardworking first-year college student at the University of Kansas, studying film. Throughout his journey, he has faced numerous adversities but has always maintained hope for his future. As he continues to support himself through college, he is looking for an e-bike to help him travel efficiently between classes and work. This mode of transportation would not only make his daily commute easier but also support him in his pursuit of success.
