Kenya has been in foster care for years and has lived in the same foster home throughout this time. Despite facing significant challenges related to her biological family relationships, trauma, and the typical hurdles of growing up, she has thrived both academically and socially. Kenya works part-time after school and is currently in nursing school.

Despite all the challenges Kenya has faced, she has thrived while in foster care. Earlier this year, she graduated and officially started nursing school, which has brought her new experiences and challenges. Despite these obstacles, she has seized opportunities and made thoughtful decisions for her future. Plus, Kenya just celebrated her birthday! As she enters this new phase of adulthood, it would be wonderful to gift her a new purse to accompany her on all her adventures.
