Tioga County Human Services - Foster CareLiam is a very anxious young man who loves spending time with his family. He has faced many hardships in his life, which will stay with him forever. This is the first time Liam has been placed in foster care, and he is without his siblings. He was placed into care because his medical needs were not being met. Liam loves Spiderman and could watch it all day.
Liam loves everything related to Spiderman and dreams of being him one day. He wishes for his own Spiderman desk where he can color his pictures at his foster home. Having a dedicated space like that would make him really happy.
