Although naturally shy, Andres is gradually finding safety and acceptance with his foster family, allowing him to open up and embrace the possibilities of his new life as he transitions toward adoption.
Andres has been in foster care for several years and is currently facing challenges due to the recent government shutdown. This situation has affected his access to vital resources, particularly food. Normally, Andres relies on SNAP benefits, which allow his caregivers to purchase his favorite snacks and meals. However, with these benefits in jeopardy, he could really use some assistance to help meet his nutritional needs.
