Annasimon's current laptop no longer holds a charge and shuts off randomly, which makes it difficult for her to manage her schoolwork. As a college student, having a reliable computer is very important to her to complete her homework and essays on time, without worrying about falling behind in class. A new laptop would help Annasimon stay focused on her education and pursue her dreams for the future.
