Tiara is a spunky girl with a vibrant personality. She loves to dance whenever she hears music and is a sweet big sister to her little brother. With a passion for coloring and playing outside, she enjoys attending school to spend time with her friends and teachers. Although Tiara faced delays in many of her developmental milestones due to neglect while her parents were unable to care for her, she has moved to foster care, where she is actively working to catch up on her skills.

Tiara will be so happy to have this cute little dollhouse. It is a Barbie's little sister house, so just the perfect size for her! She is such a great big sister and has started at a super fun school this year, so things are looking bright for her!
