As a participant in transitional housing, she is learning independent living skills each day to prepare for her future. Hinsley is a devoted mother who is doing her best to provide for her daughter while working toward her high school diploma and seeking employment.

Hinsley enjoys watching movies and documentaries with her daughter after school and on the weekends. They enjoy all genres, but Hinsley's favorites are thrillers and comedy. Hinsley would enjoy having a sound bar for her television, as she is creating an entertainment center for her and her daughter to enjoy. Hinsley and her daughter are planning to have movie nights over the holiday break, and the sound bar would be an excellent addition for quality sound as they watch holiday movies and shows.
