Citlally is an amazing young lady in foster care who has overcome more obstacles than most people her age should have to face. She is a true girly girl at heart—bubbly and vibrant. Citlally is excelling in school and has made new friends. In her words, "Who wouldn't want to be my friend?" She says this with the biggest smile on her face.

Citlally has been in foster care for a few years. Despite facing many challenges at such a young age, she is very smart and loves school. Citlally would like the opportunity to shop at H&M for new pants and shirts since she has outgrown most of her winter clothing from last year. She is excited to wear cute outfits and spend time outdoors with her siblings. Citlally truly enjoys going to the mall and shopping with them.
