Gianna is a bright and resilient young adult who entered the foster care system after the loss of her only parent, her father, with whom she was very close. Since then, she has shown remarkable strength in navigating this challenging time, maintaining a positive outlook, and taking pride in accomplishing the goals she sets for herself. Currently, Gianna is enrolling in trade school to become an electrician, with the aspiration of one day owning her own company. In her free time, she enjoys playing video games, spending time with her foster family, and helping to care for her younger foster siblings.

Gianna recently started a new job at a diner that begins at 5 a.m. To get to work, she needs to take two different buses. Due to the chilly mornings, she is in need of a warm coat to help her stay comfortable while waiting for the bus to arrive.
