Leo is a recent graduate of Mercy University with a degree in Health Sciences. Leo has a dream of becoming a radiology technician and is planning to continue his education to pursue this goal. After years of homelessness due to his family not being accepting of his lifestyle and partner, Leo recently obtained his own apartment with his partner. Although Leo has faced numerous hardships in his life, he finds solace in his art. Being able to paint and draw his feelings became therapeutic and a great way to express himself.

Art has always been a significant part of Leo's life. During his toughest moments, he turned to painting and drawing as a form of therapy, using it to express his feelings and thoughts about his situation. Now, as he embarks on a new journey in his apartment, he hopes to receive new oil pastels and Posca pens. With these tools, he can create artwork to display in his new space.
