Guadalupe is a young girl who was placed in foster care in 2016. She lived in three different homes until her last resource home obtained legal guardianship. Her resource mother then relinquished legal guardianship because she was moving to Mexico. As a result, Guadalupe was placed back in foster care. Despite all the changes, Guadalupe has been doing well overall. Although she experiences frustration at times, she was able to return to a previous foster parent with whom she had lived before.

Guadalupe has been granted permission for unmonitored visits with her adult siblings, and she would appreciate having her backpack to pack an overnight change of clothes. She is looking forward to spending quality time with them and catching up on all the moments they've missed. Having her own belongings will help her feel more comfortable and at home during the visit.
